Service not working

well, recently i've been seeing alot of complains through the web on how the service is hanging for the candidates waiting for their results where the instructions has been keyed in precisely as stated but it keeps on failing to register. i tried more than 10 times already and the results are still the same.the charging rates are more for me with the fact i'm not in Brunei at the moment. hopefully the phone company in Brunei can help us students solve this. xx
